The Populart project addresses the development of an educational experience for adults through non-formal education on issues like common problems and situations that occur in the community life of a municipality.

This project, aimed at professionals in non-formal adult education, offers the opportunity to develop a set of tools and products for the continuing education of those interested following the methodology of the Popular University in Community Psychology of Neam Smyrni (Athens), where it has already been tested and obtained good ratings.

The project, which is co-financed by Erasmus + has the participation of the Municipality of Neas Smirni – Athens (GR), Omegatech (GR), the City of Sant Boi del Llobregat (ES), CRIA (ES), the University of Technology Cyprus (CY), CCC-Certification of Cyprus (CY), the Real Group Limited (GB) and the Greek National Commission for UNESCO (GR).
